CuraPlus is a 14-hospital network across two Indian states. They were operating on a patchwork of legacy HIMS — some sites on a 2012-era product, some on Excel, two on paper. Billing took 45 minutes per discharged patient. Pharmacy and lab data lived in islands. Reconciling insurance claims required a 30-person back-office team.
We designed a multi-tenant hospital information system from first principles — with clinicians and not administrators as the primary user. We piloted at the smallest site for 8 weeks, hardened the platform, then rolled out at a pace of one new hospital per fortnight.
